Frequently Asked Questions
Q. What are the normal hours of operation?
A. Monday through Friday
8 a.m. - 5 p.m. (closed between Noon and 1 p.m.)
Q. If I have an emergency after hours what should I do?
A. For urgent calls after clinic hours call (940) 320-0505
and select the appropriate prompt. In the case of a
medical or life threatening emergency, dial 911.
Q. Appointments.
A. We do ask that you call to schedule an appointment before
coming to the office. We can almost always accommodate
same day appointments. Calling ahead for a reserved time
will help to decrease your wait when you arrive.
Likewise, occasionally an emergency may arise in the clinic
or we may become behind in our schedule. We realize your
time is important. We apologize and respectfully ask your
patience during these times. Be assured when your time with
the doctor comes, his full attention will be directed to your
medical needs.

Q. Telephone Calls.
A. We encourage you to contact our well-trained staff with any
questions you may have regarding your care between office
visits. While it is important that the physicians devote their
office time to patients in the clinic, we know your questions and
concerns are important. We strive to answer all your questions
quickly and thoroughly.
Q. What should I do when I need a prescription refill?
A. All prescriptions refill requests should be made by calling
your pharmacy. Please remember to follow your doctor's
recommendations. Most medications for chronic conditions
require physician periodic exam monitoring to ensure safety.
If you are unable to contact your pharmacy for a prescription
refill, please have the following information available when you
call: name of the drug, current dose, pharmacy name, and
pharmacy phone number.

and notify us of any address/phone number changes.
If you have medical coverage, please review your benefits and

hospitals, labs, specialists, and ancillary services.
We will be happy to assist you with any questions concerning
your health care coverage; however please remember that an
insurance policy is an agreement between the patient and
the insurance company.
